Frozen Corn on The Cobs

Appearance:-
The cob is with both ends cut, the rows of kernels are straight on the cobs(not crossed), not damaged ( not broken, no miscut), not ice covered, foreign bodies and mineral impurities are absent on the cobs. Hulk and silk are absent on the cobs.

• Weight:-

One cob (net weight) – 250 gm., minus tolerance up to 10gm, Four cobs packaged (net weight) – 1000 gm, minus tolerance can be up to 5%.

• Processing:-

corn on the cob is produced from fresh young crop of zea mays variety Super Sweet (Syngenta sugar – 75 variety) of tender, pale yellow colour by removing husk and silk, inspecting, washing, blanching(not overcooked), cooling and freezed, and stored at – 180C or below.
Prior to delivery it must be metal detected.

•  Packaging:-

Carton box with LDPE blue liner bag inside, the quantity of cobs is the same in each cartoon – 48 pcs. The weight of carton is 12 kg, not systematic minus and plus tolerance is allowed.

• Quality

All products will be manufactured by good hygienic conditions of food production. This product meets all FDA and EU food legislation requirements and standards. Different varieties cannot be mixed within one packaging unit.

• Brix: – 10 to 120x,Additives: – None,Peroxidase/ Catalase test: – Negative.
